A newly opened contemporary art museum (opened 21 Dec 2025) built inside a converted 1980s steel warehouse in Khlong Toei, housing the private collection of the late Thai businessman Petch Osathanugrah and now carried forward by his son Purat, with double-height galleries, a courtyard reflection pool, sculpture garden, and an on-site bistro and bar.
