Singapore's first Peranakan Methodist church, founded in 1894 with services once held in Baba Malay. Its conserved 1929 to 1930 building at 1 Kampong Kapor Road still stands among Jalan Besar's shophouse rows, about 300 metres from Jalan Besar MRT.
