One of the world's oldest snake farms, run by the Thai Red Cross as a working antivenom institute rather than a tourist zoo. Visitors watch live venom extraction and snake handling demonstrations, and the modest entry fee helps fund real snakebite serum production. It is a genuine science and public health attraction in central Bangkok, easy to reach on the MRT yet rarely on the standard tourist circuit.
