Free to enter, confirmed first-hand. You pay only for food and goods at the stalls. Reaching it: a motorbike from the market to the pier cost 40 THB, and the cross-river boat back toward Bangkok cost 10 THB as paid (posted passenger fare is 7 THB, 16 THB with a motorbike).
