No formal opening or closing time for the island itself (open, unguarded natural island). Ferry operator phone support 8:00AM to 3:00PM. Ferry ride from Marina South Pier to Lazarus Island takes about 25 to 30 minutes, and separately the walk from St John's Island to Lazarus Island over the causeway takes 15 to 20 minutes (different legs, not a conflict)
